  • Process, Technology, Controls, and Reporting
    • Implement scalable processes, automation, and controls to support rapid growth, SOX readiness and international expansion.
    • Lead the adoption of new technologies and leverage AI-driven processes to optimize billing, collections, and credit risk management.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards for the group AR balances.
    • Deliver accurate AR aging, doubtful accounts provisions, and targeted collection reports.
    • Own AR-related metrics and reporting, providing visibility and insights to Finance leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Partner with Sales, Product and other critical stakeholders to resolve disputes, prevent revenue leakage, and maintain customer trust.
    • Act as the AR subject matter expert in cross-company initiatives including inorganic growth, product rollouts, and system migrations.
    • Support inorganic growth by integrating AR functions from acquired companies, aligning policies, systems, and processes while ensuring continuity of collections and reporting.

What we're looking for:

  • 10+ years of finance operations experience with 5+ years managing AR teams.
  • Proven success in scaling AR functions for high-volume, multi-entity businesses.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating AR processes during acquisitions or mergers, including system migrations and policy harmonization.
  • Strong command of financial metrics, AR processes, and credit risk management.
  • Excellent leadership, people management, and cross-functional influence skills.
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical ability with experience leveraging ERP and AR automation tools (NetSuite, Blackline, HighRadius preferred).
