The Role: 

AR and Collections Analyst

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable and Collections Analyst to join our Finance team and play a key role in driving the financial health of the business. This is not just a tactical role — you will own a portfolio of customers, shape how we manage receivables at scale, and contribute to process improvements that directly impact cash flow and company performance.

What you will do:

  • Take ownership of a portfolio of 1000+ customers, managing the full AR cycle from billing to collections and dispute resolution.
  • Monitor credit limits, manage SEPA and card payments, and proactively address failed transactions.
  • Strengthen customer relationships by providing timely, professional responses to invoicing and payment queries.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Sales, Finance, and Tax teams to resolve open issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Apply your analytical skills to reconciliations, month-end reporting, and portfolio audits.
  • Use BI tools like Looker to track AR balances and build dashboards that drive insight and accountability.
  • Partner with the Product team to improve our in-house ERP system, streamline workflows, and resolve system issues.
  • Bring your AR expertise to enhance processes, making collections more efficient and scalable.

What we expect from you:

  • Extensive experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or a related Finance role.
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical thinking.
  • Ability to problem-solve, think strategically, and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
  • Experience working with diverse groups, handling customer queries, and building positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

How We Work

At Perk, we take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our London or Barcelona hub.
