PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS AND CONDITIONS”) CAREFULLY. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONSTITUTE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU (“YOU” OR “PARTICIPANT”) AND PERK PLATFORM SLU (“PERK” OR THE “PROMOTER”), AND STATE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT GOVERN YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THIS GIVEAWAY.
BY PARTICIPATING IN THE GIVEAWAY, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. PROMOTER
1.1. The promoter of this giveaway is PERK PLATFORM SLU, with company number B66484577 and with its registered office at Carrer dels Almogàvers, 154-164, 08018 Barcelona, Spain (“Perk” or the “Promoter”).
1.2. This giveaway is organized exclusively by Perk and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Formula One World Championship Limited and its affiliated companies (the “F1”), or Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and any social media platform on which the giveaway may be promoted (the “Social Media Platforms”). Consequently, neither the F1 nor any Social Media Platforms assume any responsibility for any aspect related to the mechanics of this giveaway and shall not be liable for any damage that may occur in connection with the same.
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1. This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States, United Kingdom, or Spain, and is void where prohibited by law.
2.2. Participants must be of legal age in their country of residence at the date of entry.
2.3. Officers, directors, and employees of Perk, and their respective promotional partners and parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, participating advertising and promotion agencies (and members of their immediate family and those living in the same household of each such officer, director and employee) are also not eligible.
2.4. By entering the giveaway, you are confirming you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Perk reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant at any time, including by requesting the participant to provide additional information.
3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
3.1. The giveaway begins at 9:00 CET on April 28, 2026, and ends at 23:59 CET on May 4, 2026.
3.2. Any entries received before or after the giveaway start and end time and date, as specified in the preceding paragraph, shall be automatically disqualified.
4. HOW TO ENTER THE GIVEAWAY
4.1. To enter the giveaway, participants must perform the following actions on Perk's social media channels on Instagram (@perk.global) and/or TikTok (@perk.global) within the giveaway period:
(a) Follow the official Perk account.
(b) Post a comment in response to the official giveaway post, following the instructions provided therein. Each unique comment following such instructions will be considered one (1) entry.
4.2. Actual odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
4.3. Perk will disqualify any entry which, in its reasonable opinion, has been created using multiple accounts, identities, or automated systems.
4.4. Perk will not accept proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the giveaway.
4.5. Giveaway entries cannot be withdrawn after they have been submitted.
5. THE PRIZE
5.1. Each of the two (2) winners of the giveaway will win one (1) signed team kit, consisting of (1) signed team cap, and one (1) signed t-shirt, signed by one or more drivers of the Audi Revolut F1® Team.
5.2. All details of the prize not specified herein shall be determined solely by Perk. It may not be possible for the winner to choose aspects such as the size of the signed team kit.
5.3. No transfer or assignment of the prize is permitted. No cash alternative or prize substitution will be offered unless Perk, at its sole discretion, elects to substitute the prize (or prize component) for one of equal or greater value due to unavailability.
5.4. The estimated retail value of each winner’s prize is USD 250. The winner is responsible for all taxes associated with the prize. As a condition to receiving the prize, the winner must provide Perk with any tax documentation reasonably required by Perk for Perk to comply with its legal and tax reporting obligations.
6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
6.1. There will be two (2) winners in total. The winner will be selected via a verified random draw system from all valid entries.
6.2. The random draw will take place on May 5, 2026.
6.3. The winner will be contacted via Direct Message (DM) within 3 working days of the date of the draw.
6.4. The winner must expressly respond in writing to such Direct Message (DM) and accept the prize within 48 hours, indicating a valid postal address to which their prize can be posted. The winner is responsible for ensuring any contact details or postal address they share with Perk is accurate and is the full information needed for them to receive their prize.
6.5. If the winner fails to respond within the stipulated period or does not meet eligibility requirements, or if the prize is unable to be delivered to the winner for reasons outside Perk’s control (e.g., customs blockade), the winner forfeits the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND PUBLICITY RIGHTS
7.1. All giveaway entries and any accompanying material submitted to Perk will become the property of Perk on receipt.
7.2. By submitting your giveaway entry and any accompanying material, you agree to: (a) assign to Perk all your intellectual property rights with full title guarantee; and (b) to the extent permitted by law, waive all moral rights; in and to your giveaway entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under any applicable laws in force anywhere in the world.
7.3. By submitting your giveaway entry and any accompanying material, you warrant that such entry and any accompanying material is original, does not infringe upon the rights of third parties, and is not unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, or otherwise promotes any form of inappropriate or unsportsmanlike behavior.
7.4. To the extent any rights cannot be assigned as set forth herein, you agree to grant to Perk a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the giveaway entry, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the giveaway entry and accompanying materials for such purposes.
8. LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY
8.1. Everything regarding this giveaway, including the prizes, are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8.2. Perk is not responsible or liable for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, the mechanism by which you enter into or participate in the giveaway or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the giveaway; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the giveaway; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the giveaway; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the giveaway; or (5) any entries or submissions that are lost, damaged or delayed in transit.
8.3. Insofar as is permitted by law, Perk, its agents or distributors, prize suppliers, or promotional partners will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any winner or accept any liability for loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of participating in the giveaway or taking up the prize (or misusing the prize) except where it is caused by the willful misconduct or gross negligence of Perk.
8.4. Under no circumstances shall Perk be liable for any attorney's fees, indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages whether foreseeable or not and whether based on negligence or otherwise.
8.5. To the maximum extent permitted by law, participant indemnifies Perk, and their affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, licensors, advertising and promotional agencies, and all of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agencies, at all times from and against any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs and expenses arising out of or relating to participant’s participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.
9. PRIVACY
9.1. To host the giveaway, Perk will process personal data of giveaway participants, such as name, email address, social media profile and activity, and postal address.
9.2. By participating in the giveaway, participants give their consent to the processing of their personal data.
9.3. Giveaway participants posting personal data of other persons must collect their consent first.
9.4. Perk may disclose the list of winners (including information such as names and profile pictures) and the winning entries, including for the purpose of announcing the winners on its social media platforms.

10. CHANGES, SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
10.1. If for any reason beyond Perk’s reasonable control, this giveaway is not capable of running as planned (including in the event of unforeseen circumstances making the administration of the giveaway impossible or impractical), Perk reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to introduce changes to the mechanics or operation of this giveaway (including changes on the date on which the draw will take place), suspend or terminate the giveaway or any portion of the giveaway. These circumstances will be communicated through the media used for promoting the giveaway.
11. OTHER
11.1. In the event of any conflict with any giveaway details contained in these Terms and Conditions and any Giveaway details contained in promotional advertising or any other promotional media, the details of the giveaway as set forth in these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
11.2. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction or appointed arbitrator, such determination shall in no way affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision herein.
11.3. Perk’s failure to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
11.4. Participation constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions and Perk’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.
12. GOVERNING LAW
12.1. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of Spain without regard to conflicts of law principles. All participants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
