Perk has a huge corporate travel inventory
Perk’s inventory is tough to come by anywhere else – you’ve got access to a huge selection of transport and accommodation options. Inventory coverage includes Airbnb, Expedia, Trainline and more, enabling simple and secure booking. Perk can also store your data preferences and loyalty points to be used whenever you need them. One user was delighted that you can also filter hotels by loyalty programs too.

Perk wins with its highest-rated customer support
Perk’s in-house customer support team is on-hand every minute of the day to help your team overcome anything that may come up along the way. The team is reachable via the Android or iOS app chat option, phone, or email. Customers say the team “are very helpful! They follow up on your trips and save you time!”Unfortunately, Egencia does not boast the same well-rounded customer service that you want from a travel management company. Their customer service has been reviewed as “terrible,” and finding “a good customer service rep is rare.”

Truly flexible travel with FlexiTravel
FlexiTravel allows users to get 80% of their trips refunded onto a credit card or as travel points in the platform. Travelers can cancel up to 2-hours before departure. In a world filled with uncertainty, you should be able to cancel your trip, no questions asked—and FlexiTravel allows just that. Egencia cannot quite offer the same flexibility when it comes to canceling trips. In some cases, bookings are non-refundable, or may only be done over the phone. At best, you’ll need to cancel 24-hours in advance, as is the case with their Hotel Flex Policy.
