When we started out, our mission was simple: make travel for work effortless. Over the years, we’ve built tools that cut out friction and gave people time back to focus on the work that really mattered.But as we listened to our customers, one thing became clear: travel was part of a much bigger story. The same frustrations over manual processes, scattered tools, and hour upon hour wasted on frustrating tasks had crept into every aspect of work. And it’s quietly draining productivity and morale.That’s why we’re launching Perk: the intelligent platform for travel and spend. Perk brings everything you need to manage company travel, expenses, invoices, and card payments into one place. One login. One experience. One platform built to give you time back for the work that really matters.This is more than a new name. It’s the next step in our mission to unlock the potential of people and the companies by powering real work. Welcome to Perk.

- From the date your account migrates to Perk:
- You’ll see that our navigation has become more intuitive, and user profiles are easier to navigate
- You’ll have also heard about some exciting product changes in recent emails:
- Cost centers > becoming Cost Objects, (info on 28 Oct)
- People settings > assign multiple roles (Help Center)
- For current TravelPerk customers (see email for specific date of your move to Perk):
- Until you migrate to Perk, login as normal at app.travelperk.com
- Once your account has migrated:
- You can log in at app.perk.com or via perk.com .
- Until December 1, you will still be able to log in at app.travelperk.com.
- From December 1, you’ll only be able to log in at app.perk.com , but don’t worry, if you land on app.travelperk.com out of habit, you’ll be automatically redirected.
- Until you migrate to Perk, login as normal at app.travelperk.com or app.yokoy.ai
- If you usually login via the website, yokoy. io, then you will be automatically re-directed to Perk.com . From there, just click the link to return to app.yokoy.ai to sign in as normal.
- No. Your data, bookings, workflows, travel tools, and existing integrations will all continue to work as they do today, unchanged. There are no actions required.
- Please see your emails for your exact migration date, as these will vary from client to client. If you have any questions, please reach out to your Account Manager.
- From your specific migration date, all emails will come from perk.com . You’ll still receive the same types of emails you are signed up to receive, including marketing emails. Please check with your tech team whether we need to be added to any lists, to avoid emails landing in spam.
