Best corporate hotel loyalty programs in Europe

20 Feb 2024 · 15 MIN READ

A great way to benefit from business travel is through the many loyalty schemes and rewards programs on offer with accommodation. There are lots of hotels all over Europe that offer loyalty points or discounts on their services. Whether it be a free night’s stay to a voucher towards your next stay, there are plenty of deals to seize.
First and foremost, it’s important to check that your company’s travel policy allows the use of loyalty programs and points. However, there are obvious benefits to using these schemes for many businesses—to keep costs low and provide a better experience for employees.
Perk is a great platform for booking corporate accommodation and it can make saving and redeeming loyalty points easier.
For any business travelers who regularly travel, hotel loyalty programs are well worth using as and when they’re available to your destination. We’ve created a great list of the top seven hotel rewards programs that offer the very best value when booking one of their hotels in Europe.

7 of the best corporate hotel loyalty programs and perks

Many hotel chains offer loyalty programs, but some stand out more than others. Below, we’ve rounded up some of the best hotel loyalty programs in Europe, along with the key benefits they offer for future stays.

Radisson Rewards

Radisson is one of the largest hotel groups globally, with a strong presence across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Its portfolio includes brands such as Radisson, Radisson Blu, Radisson Collection, Radisson RED, Park Plaza, and Park Inn by Radisson, among others.
With a wide range of midscale to upscale brands, Radisson has built a strong base of both loyal and new customers. They operate in +100 countries worldwide, and with a large number of properties across the EMEA region, there’s plenty of choice for even those who are extra picky.
There are many perks to choosing a Radisson hotel, particularly due to their fantastic rewards scheme. The rewards program offers an enhanced experience with all of their hotels across the globe.
With three membership tiers; Club, Premium, and VIP, members start at Club level and work their way up. The more stays or nights they have in the hotels, the higher they climb up the tiers.
The best way of getting yourself up the tier system is by applying for a Radisson Rewards credit card. But, what do the membership tiers get you? Here’s a breakdown of each tier level.

Club

This is the base level, but it still puts you at a good advantage compared to staying at another hotel you’ve not visited before. This membership tier gets you a 10% discount on stays, as well as redeeming eight points on each dollar spent to use on free room options. You also get a member-only priority line for faster check-in and check-out and a 10% discount on food and beverages.

Premium

Requires a total of five nights or three stays. All of the benefits of Club are included in Premium but you earn 27 points per each dollar spent. With a free upgrade to the next room category, it’s a great tier that's easily within reach for regular business travelers.

VIP

VIP is the top tier and requires thirty nights or twenty stays. All of the Premium benefits are included, and you get 36 points towards free stays per dollar spent. There’s also 15% off food and beverages as well as complimentary breakfast for two with each stay and a dedicated 24/7 member service line for good measure.
There are a few added extras to these membership tiers, so here’s a full table breakdown to make it easier for comparison.

How to choose the best hotel rewards programs

When choosing the right hotel loyalty program, there are a few key factors to consider. If you already have preferred hotel brands, the decision may be easier—but it’s still worth comparing your options.

Choose hotels that fit your travel needs

Not every hotel will suit your business travel needs, so it’s important to consider what matters most—whether that’s location, comfort, amenities, or flexibility.
There are many hotel groups with strong loyalty programs, including World of Hyatt, Marriott Bonvoy, Hilton Honors, and Accor Live Limitless.

Check where the program applies

Before committing to a program, make sure it applies to the hotels and locations you travel to most often. Some benefits may vary by region, and not all properties participate in every promotion.

Align the program with your travel goals

The best program for you depends on how you travel. Some programs offer faster paths to elite status, while others provide stronger perks for frequent stays, meetings, or longer trips.
Ultimately, hotel loyalty programs can offer real value for both business and personal travel. If one doesn’t fit your needs, there are plenty of other options to explore!
