Trip approvals now available in Microsoft Teams
Approvers can now receive and review trip approvals directly in Microsoft Teams.Alongside existing Slack approvals, this integration sends real-time notifications in Teams, removing the need to check email or log into the platform to review trips.

Unique IDs in Perk
Admins can now sync a unique employee identifier from their HR system into Perk.This ID remains consistent even if names or email addresses change, helping ensure trips, expenses, and reports are always linked to the correct employee.

Clearer baggage options
We’ve refreshed the baggage selection experience to improve clarity and usability. Travelers can now clearly see which baggage is included in their fare and which options are available as add-ons, making decisions faster and more confident across devices.

Sms Alerts For Faster Approvals En
SMS alerts for faster approvals
Approvers can now receive real-time SMS notifications when time-sensitive requests need their attention. For requests like Manual Bookings, Modifications, Failed Trips, or Special Requests, approvers receive an SMS prompt to check their inbox and respond quickly. SMS notifications respect Quiet Hours and are not sent between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM local time.

Who it’s for: Approvers in all regions except North America. Support for North America is coming soon.
Cars Full Credit Voucher Improvements Changelog
More flexible car payments
We’ve improved how car payment options work to make bookings more flexible and reliable. Companies can now combine car vouchers with other payment methods instead of being limited to one option. When voucher cars aren’t available, results fall back to pay at pickup with clear messaging

Who it’s for: Companies using, or interested in using, car vouchers.

We’ve introduced a new Add-ons page in account settings to make it easier for admins to discover and manage optional products. All add-ons are now available in one place, improving visibility and simplifying navigation. Products like Green Trip, FlexiTravel, Medical and Baggage Insurance, and add-ons for Spend customers are now easier to find and manage.

Offline mode in the Perk app
Travelers can access their trip itinerary, booking details, and train tickets in the Perk mobile app even when they’re offline. This makes it easier to stay informed while traveling without relying on Wi-Fi or mobile data.

Merging labels with custom fields
To simplify account setup, all active labels will be converted into custom fields. Admins can access historic data through Reporting and Invoices.
