About Us

Perk (formerly TravelPerk) is the intelligent platform for travel and spend management. Built to tackle the time-consuming, manual work that gets in the way of real work, our tools automate everything from travel bookings to expenses, invoice processing, and more. By eliminating this shadow work that wastes hours, erodes morale, and saps innovation, we’re on a mission to power real work, with real impact.

We’re trusted by more than 10,000 companies worldwide, including Wise, On Running, Breitling, and Fabletics, and we’re tackling the 7 hours of lost productivity per employee each week, a $1.7 trillion problem.

Founded in 2015, Perk has grown into a global company of more than 1,800 people across 12 offices globally, with headquarters in London and Boston. We combine innovation, control, and simplicity to transform how businesses work and how people feel at work.

At Perk, we’re driven by our values, like being an owner, delivering a 7-star experience, and working as one team. We value curiosity, purpose, and mindset, not just knowledge, to unlock the power in your potential. Our talent team brings together leading minds from the travel and SaaS industries, representing over 70 countries. If you’re excited about having a real impact and shaping how millions of people experience work, we’d love you on the team.

What you'll do

  • Own the information architecture and navigation content strategy across the Spend product space, setting direction, validating models, and driving alignment across squads, group leads, and research

  • Lead content for large, cross-product initiatives such as platform-wide navigation unification and the structural content vision for how travel and spend connect across the product

  • Define the content and language architecture for new product areas and markets, including specialised terminology, onboarding flows, and regulatory framing where required

  • Prototype and iterate rapidly using AI tools (including Claude, Cursor, and Figma) to explore content models, test language approaches, and accelerate decision-making

  • Shape AI in content design, not just adopting tools, but shaping how the team uses them and establishing what a great AI-era content practice looks like at Perk

  • Contribute to the self-serve content tooling programme, building resources and standards that help product designers, PMs, and engineers make better content decisions independently

  • Influence and facilitate user research to deepen understanding of user mental models and language

  • Set the content quality bar across the alliance, reviewing work, giving feedback that raises the standard, and mentoring other designers through that process

  • Be a visible advocate for content design practice inside your alliance, across Builders, and beyond

What you'll need

  • Extensive experience owning content strategy and information architecture for complex, multi-product digital platforms

  • Demonstrated expertise in language architecture: naming systems, taxonomy, navigation models, and how terminology shapes user understanding

  • Experience working on specialised or regulated content domains such as financial or legal products

  • Fluency in data, using qualitative and quantitative signals to validate decisions, measure content impact, and make informed tradeoffs

  • Demonstrated ability to influence product direction and articulate content rationale, tradeoffs, and vision to senior stakeholders across complex cross-functional environments

  • Hands-on comfort with AI tools (Claude, Cursor, and equivalents) for content exploration, prototyping, and iteration, with a genuine passion for advancing how AI complements the content design practice

  • Exceptional writing and editing craft, with experience creating and maintaining content standards, style guides, and frameworks that scale beyond a single team

  • Portfolio or case studies demonstrating platform-level information architecture or structural content work and its impact on user experience
