About the Role
This role is a 6-month contract for maternity cover.
The Revenue Operations Analyst is an execution-focused role supporting Perk’s Global SDR organisation, working closely with a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst and Revenue Operations leadership.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring SDR teams can operate effectively day to day by maintaining reliable operational dashboards, supporting workflows, and resolving BAU requests and tickets.
You will contribute to scalable SDR operations during a period of continued headcount growth, helping ensure frontline teams have the visibility, data, and systems support needed to prioritise and execute effectively across both Inbound and Outbound prospecting motions.
What You Will Do
Operational Dashboards & Data Reliability
Support the maintenance, accuracy, and usability of SDR operational dashboards and CRM views used for daily prioritisation and execution.
Assist in implementing updates, enhancements, and fixes defined by the Senior Revenue Operations Analyst.
Validate data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness across SDR workflows and dashboards.
Execute regular checks to ensure run-the-business visibility remains reliable and actionable.
Systems, BAU & Ticket Management
Manage and resolve tickets and BAU requests related to SDR workflows, dashboards, routing, and visibility.
Support user queries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution in collaboration with Revenue Systems.
Execute routine system updates and operational fixes to maintain smooth day-to-day execution.
Escalate more complex issues appropriately to senior team members.
Operational Execution & Process Support
Execute repeatable operational processes such as lead routing fixes, ownership updates, and CRM hygiene.
Support delivery of RevOps initiatives and operational improvements led by the Senior Revenue Operations Analyst or Manager.
Maintain documentation, SOPs, ROEs, and operational guidance for SDR teams.
Ensure adherence to defined workflows, governance, and best practices.
Project Support & Continuous Improvement
Support project work and operational improvements focused on SDR productivity and execution.
Assist with testing, validation, and rollout of new workflows, dashboards, or tooling updates.
Identify and flag operational inefficiencies or recurring issues impacting frontline teams.
Contribute to continuous improvement of SDR workflows and processes.
Collaboration & Learning
Work closely with the Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, Revenue Operations Managers, and SDR stakeholders.
Communicate clearly on task progress, blockers, and operational observations.
Build understanding of SDR workflows, prospecting processes, and GTM systems.
What You Will Bring
Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or operational support within a B2B environment.
Strong interest in operational execution, dashboards, and GTM systems.
Familiarity with Salesforce and/or common GTM tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong, Sales Navigator) is a plus.
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and process consistency.
Strong organisation, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn and grow within RevOps.

How We Work
At Perk, we take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs.
