Just as you have contributed to the growth of Perk in your current role, we want to allow you to continue learning, developing & growing on your Perk journey. We have an exciting internal Team Leader position to support the SDR Team within the Growth Markets

The Role:

We’re looking for a motivated first-time manager to step into the SDR Team Lead role supporting our CEE Growth Markets in our Sales team in Barcelona. You’ll coach and support a team of 8 outbound SDRs, helping them develop their skills, generate pipeline, and hit their targets. You’ll partner closely with the SDR Manager and Head of Sales Development to shape strategies, improve processes, and ensure the team’s success directly contributes to Perk’s growth.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead and support a team of up to 8 Outbound SDRs, running weekly 1:1s, setting development goals, and reviewing performance.

  • Coach & mentor, focus on continuous skill development, identify training needs, and support new hires during onboarding.

  • Enable growth, design and deliver engaging training (role-plays, pitch simulations, gamification) and share best practices across the team.

  • Be the expert, master Perk’s products and confidently guide your team in delivering value to prospects.

  • Collaborate, partner with SDR Managers and internal stakeholders to create playbooks, scripts, and materials that drive results.

  • Drive operational excellence by improving processes, ensuring data accuracy, and fostering efficiency across the SDR function.

  • Drive new prospecting techniques to further outbound pipeline generation and support innovation in lead generation.

  • Foster cross-functional communication with Sales, aligning on goals, feedback, and strategies to maximise impact.

What will you need to succeed?

  • You have extensive experience in outbound sales/sales development and have successfully managed the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through to opportunity creation and closing.

  • Business fluency in English and working knowledge of the business culture in the CEE regions.

  • You are passionate about coaching and developing junior talent. You experiment, adapt, and grow, and you inspire your team to do the same through hands-on guidance and training. For this role we don’t require direct leadership experience, but previous coaching and mentoring of junior team members is a must have.

  • You’re a clear communicator. You can break down complex ideas into simple, actionable steps and write concise messages that get straight to the point.

  • You’re a great listener. You take the time to understand your team, picking up on the nuance that helps drive better conversations and coaching.

  • You’re organised and focused. You know where to prioritise your energy to maximise results, for yourself and your team, and you don’t shy away from putting in the extra effort.

  • You’re detail-oriented. You take pride in operational excellence, from accurate CRM updates to preparing your team for success.

AI at Perk

AI is embedded in how we work across every function. The tools you'll use day-to-day are AI-enabled so you can move faster and spend more time on the work that matters. In practice, that means using AI to research and prioritise accounts, draft and refine outreach, handle customer interactions more effectively, synthesise information, and cut through shadow work - the invisible tasks that pull people away from the work only they can do - so you can focus on relationships and outcomes.

We don't expect you to be an AI expert, but we do expect you to be curious and intentional about it. The bar is judgment: knowing when AI makes your work better, when to verify what it produces, and when to rely on your own expertise instead.

We'll ask about how you use AI in your interviews, not to test tool knowledge, but to understand how you think about it. That reflects how we work every day.

Thanks for your interest in growing your career with us! We’re excited to see where your next step within the company takes you.
