🎬 Powering Real Work 

The Role

We’re looking for an Senior Analyst, RevOps to join our global Revenue Operations team and serve as the dedicated partner to SDR leadership. In this role, you’ll provide real-time insights, build dashboards, and develop reporting that helps us scale our SDR organization effectively. With TravelPerk investing heavily in SDR growth for FY26, this role will be critical in tracking performance, identifying opportunities, and ensuring our outbound and inbound engines run at peak productivity.

What will you be doing?

Analytics & Insights

  • Build and maintain dashboards (Salesforce, Looker/BI tools) to track SDR productivity, conversion, and ramp performance.
  • Deliver real-time reporting on SDR activity (SQLs, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, attainment, ramp progress).
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis to SDR leadership on campaign performance, regional benchmarks, and tool utilization.
  • Surface risks (e.g., underperformance, churn risk in SDR ranks) and recommend corrective actions.

Outbound Productivity

  • Track SDR output across OB motions (cold calls, meetings, SQL quality).
  • Partner with TLs and Enablement to measure impact of coaching programs
  • Monitor funnel metrics to ensure SQL quality and downstream conversion.

Hiring, Onboarding & Ramp

  • Provide data to support capacity planning and hiring forecasts (time-to-hire, attrition trends, salary competitiveness).
  • Track ramp speed of new SDRs (time-to-first SQL, time-to-target).
  • Monitor effectiveness of the new Nursery Program / SDR Academy and share insights with leadership.

Tech Stack & Process Support

  • Partner with RevOps to optimize SDR tooling (Gong, SFDC, 6sense, Navattic, Cognism, LinkedIn automation).
  • Run pilot analyses on new tools (e.g., auto-diallers) and report ROI.
  • Support the creation of hunting dashboards to surface “low-hanging fruit” within portfolios.

What will you need to succeed?

  • Solid experience in Sales/Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or related roles with a focus on Demand Generation and SDR/BDR analysis.
  • Strong Salesforce reporting skills; experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent). Familiarity with SDR tech stack (such as Gong, Outreach, Cognism, 6sense, Navattic).
  • Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for quick analysis.
  • Experience in a SaaS/tech company. Ideally, a company that  has experienced fast-scaling of SDRs/BDRs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence SDR leaders and GTM executives.
  • Detail-oriented with a bias toward action — able to provide real-time insights that drive execution.
  • Exposure to outbound pipeline generation best practices would be a plus. 
  • Experience supporting global teams across multiple regions would be a plus.

At Perk, we take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our London or Barcelona hub.
