How the integration works

The integration between Factorial and Perk automates the provisioning of user accounts from Factorial into Perk. Optionally, Pro admins of Perk are able to provision cost centers and approvers based on Factorial’s organizational chart.

The integration allows:

To save time thanks to the automatical creation of traveler accounts based on employment status and contract dates;
To keep traveler data accurate by ensuring that it reflects what is set in Factorial, and as a result eliminate any potential booking issue related to traveler data inaccuracy;
To achieve compliance & better reporting by auto-provisioning cost centers and approval flows (the feature will be available for Pro users of Perk);
To improve security by automatically offboarding employees when their contracts end, thereby ensuring that only active employees have access to business trip booking in Perk.
