The Role
As a Lead Implementation Specialist for Travel & Spend, you will onboard SMB and mid-market customers across both modules, ensuring smooth setup and fast adoption. You will guide customers through Travel and Spend policies, drive rapid account activation so they start booking travel and managing expenses quickly, and coordinate stakeholders across finance, travel, HR, IT, and external project managers. With strong knowledge of our product and solid technical acumen, you will ensure seamless integration and deliver a 7-star customer experience from day one.
What will you do
Lead onboarding projects for SMB/mid-market Travel & Spend customers.
Apply change management and Finance acumen to consult customers and accelerate their adoption and activation.
Configure Travel & Spend setups including policies, standard workflows, and standard Per Diems.
Coordinate stakeholders across finance, HR, IT, and travel management.
Set up and troubleshoot plug&play ERP integrations (Spend Export File, DateV, Xero).
Configure and support SSO, HRIS, and SCIM integrations.
Provide a world-class onboarding journey with early booking and expense activity.
To apply, you must have:
Proven track of solid performance in implementation team (Travel) with a minimum of 6months as Travel IS
Solid technical acumen in supporting the self-serve Perk integrations SSO/HRIS/SCIM.
Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills with a customer-first mindset.
A solution-oriented mindset and passion for overcoming challenges.
Highly organized with a high level of administrative ability and keen eye for detail.

For this role, you need to be based either in our Barcelona or Birmingham offices.
You must have been in your current Perk role for at least 6 months before applying.
You need to inform and get the support of your current manager in case you are looking to apply.
This will be a permanent assignment.
