About the Role

The Enterprise Account Management team at Perk is focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving growth and long-term value across our largest and most strategic accounts.

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will own and develop a portfolio of Tier 1 customers, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted partner. You will work closely with key stakeholders within each account to understand their business needs, maximise adoption of Perk’s products, and identify opportunities for expansion through upsell and cross-sell initiatives.

Operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure seamless delivery, smooth roll-outs, and continuous improvement of the customer experience. Your ability to turn customer insight and data into action will be critical to driving both customer satisfaction and commercial outcomes.


What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage a portfolio of Tier 1 enterprise accounts, building strong, long-term relationships with key contacts and decision-makers

  • Act as the dedicated point of contact for your accounts, ensuring high levels of engagement and customer satisfaction

  • Develop a deep understanding of your customers’ businesses to help them maximise the value and usage of Perk

  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives

  • Use data and analytics to deliver regular business reviews, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders

  • Serve as a product expert across Perk’s portfolio, meeting and exceeding quarterly revenue targets

  • Identify recurring challenges within accounts and develop scalable, long-term solutions

  • Partner closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, integrations, and ongoing support

  • Prioritise your time effectively to focus on high-impact activities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records and activity tracking in CRM systems


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role

  • Experience managing top-tier or strategic customer accounts

  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills

  • A commercial, results-driven mindset with customer satisfaction at the core

  • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for customers

  • Strong prioritisation and time management skills in a fast-moving environment

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams

  • Fluency in written and spoken English and native in Dutch.

The Process

  1. TA Interview (30 mins) - An initial conversation to understand your background, experience, and motivation for the role.

  2. Hiring Manager Interview (30 mins) with Monica Argelagos - A deeper dive into your account management experience, commercial mindset, and approach to managing enterprise customers.

  3. Assessment Interview (60 mins) - A practical, role-related assessment, focused on real-world scenarios and how you approach customer and commercial challenges.

  4. Values Fit Interview (30 mins) - A conversation centred on Perk’s values and how you collaborate, communicate, and operate day to day.

How We Work

At Perk, we take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs. We fundamentally believe in the value of meeting in real life to improve connectivity, productivity, creativity and ultimately making us a great place to work.
