When booking travel, employees see in-policy options and approved corporate rates during the booking process, before any money is spent. There's no ambiguity, no need to cross-reference a PDF, and no finding out after the fact that a booking didn't comply.

Employees get an in-context summary while they book, so they always know what's covered before they confirm a booking.

With Perk's dynamic budgets, you can set flexible ranges, too. A flat $160-per-night cap might work in some cities, but in New York or San Francisco it rules out almost every reasonable option. Dynamic budgets mean your policy adapts to the market, rather than leaving it up to your people to bend the rules when they don’t feel proportionate.

Control built around your rules

We know a one-size-fits-all approach doesn’t cut it in modern finance.  Which is why Control Center is fully customizable.

You can set in-policy trips and expenses to approve automatically. That’s how On Running does it, and today 90% of all approvals go through Perk without human intervention.

But that’s not for everyone.

You can decide to run everything by an approver, or choose which types of claims get auto-approved and which ones need a person to review them.

Plus, you can now add two-stage approvals for those claims that need an extra pair of eyes.

It’s up to you. 

You tell Perk how you want it to work, and our AI does the rest. It automatically executes the right approval flow based on the rules you set. And whether it’s auto-approval, human review, two-step approvals, or a combination of all three, everything happens automatically.

Every receipt goes through our AI which runs more than 200,000 checks every week. It extracts the data from every receipt, identifies duplicates, and flags any suspicious transactions.
